Job Description

Closing Date: 03/01/2022Want to be part of the biggest celebration of sport and culture in 2022 Birmingham 2022 is looking for two System Coordinators to support the System Manager with the development, training, and support of the Birmingham 2022 Arrivals and Departures System (ADS), part of the Birmingham 2022 Games Management System.The Arrivals and Departures System Coordinators will support ADS users through the Arrival and Departure contact centre with their data entry and any queries they may have. This role will be a vital link between the Transport Accommodation, and the TechnologyFunctional Areas.If you have excellent customer service skills and love working in a fast-paced environment, please click apply.Responsibilities

  • Assist Birmingham 2022 clients with any reservation system setup, support, and training.
  • To manage the data entry and service support to client owners and clients prior to the Games.
  • To support AAD staff in Port of Entry, Villages & Games Family Hotels & the Birmingham 2022 Functional Areas in producing reports as needed.
  • At Games Times to be part of the AAD call centre Team for all clients and client owners as well as liaising between the Ports of Entry, Villages, accommodations and the Transport team to ensure a seamless journey for clients.

  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • A good level of knowledge and experience using the Microsoft suite of applications
  • Experience using events, airline or travel related software
  • Experience of building effective relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable with the use of IT systems
