Area Sales Manager - Bathroom products - Route to market independent developers, high-rise residential developers main contractors & sub-contractorsThe Role of Area Sales ManagerThis is a field / home based role. As Area Sales Manager you will benefit from inheriting the strongest performing area with a excellent pre-existing customer relationships in place. This area has been well worked so the incoming individual will benefitfrom a healthy pipeline. Promoting premium bathroom products, you will call on Regional House Builders as well as High-Rise Developers - winning and tracking specifications. As Area Sales Manager, you will also work on commercial projects managing relationshipswith Main Contractors and Sub-Contractors ensuring the companies are chosen and specifications are protected. There is a focus on city centre high-rise development projects.The CompanyOur client are backed by a major group but are extremely successful in their own right throughout Europe. Their stylish product portfolio offer on-trend solutions to mid and high end market through multiple routes to market including developers, the A&DCommunity, House Builders, Merchants and Retailers. Successful recruits have gone on to be promotedto Key / National Accounts, Specification Sales and People Management.   • We are looking for an experienced candidate ideally from within the construction or KBB industry.
  • We are looking for a candidate that has experience selling into Developers, Regional House Builders or National House Builders
  • We are looking for personality as well as professionalism, with an appreciation of what it takes to represent a premium brand.
  • You must be commercially astute and be able to protect margins.
  • Importantly - our client are looking to take on a career minded individual with plenty in the tank for future development / promotion(s).
The Package
  • Basic up to £45,000 - £48,000
  • circa £20k OTE uncapped as well bonus paid on hitting margin targets
  • Fully expensed company car
