This British manufacturer, part of a larger global company, offersits employees an inclusive and forward thinking environment and excellent opportunities for career progression, right across the globe.The Role of Technical Sales Engineer - Engineering Solutions:As a Technical Sales Engineer working for this innovative manufacturer of technologically advanced industrial lubricants and greases, you will be responsible for selling to end user manufacturing plants for production line optimisation and maintenance. Thesepremium products reduce machinery power consumption, wear and downtime, providing clear benefits and cost savings. Your broad customer base will include; food, beverage and pharmaceutical organisations, engineering, automotive & aerospace. In addition youwill have responsibility for managing the distribution partners such as RS, Cromwell, Eriks, Rubix & Hayley, across southern England & Wales at branch and regional level, The focus of your time will be spent growing existing accounts and acquiring brand newbusiness opportunities from mainly incoming leads.For the position of Technical Sales Engineer - Engineering Solutions we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Proven track record of success in field sales
  • Sold an industrial / engineering product to manufacturing customers
  • Ethical and transparent approach to dealing with customers & colleagues
  • Structured and methodical approach to sales and pipeline management
  • Driven to win new business and able to sell on ROI
  • Excellent team player & enjoys a collaborative work environment
  • Must be resilient, well presented, dynamic, enthusiastic, articulate and personable
  • Driving licence
