Job Description

Architect (Permanent Position)Reference: NHBIR261Location: BirminghamSalary: Dependent on experienceAbout the company and role:I am currently working with an award-winning RIBA chartered practice who are looking for talented and enthusiastic Architects to join their team. The practice covers a wide range of projects in a variety of different sectors including commercial,residential, education, community, conservation, sport and leisure.The desired candidate will be design focused and should have a broad range of working experience through RIBA Work Stages 1 - 7. They will require strong AutoCAD and Revit skills with the ability to lead teams and work autonomously.On offer is an attractive salary and benefits package that helps to supports professional growth.Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

  • ARB Registered
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
  • Knowledge of current UK construction methods, building regulations and planning policies
  • Management of project costs against fees in liaison with Partners during the progression of the project for which
  • Project runner and design team coordinator generally focusing on a single primary project
  • Offer guidance to junior members of the team
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Proactive and ambitious approach to projects
  • Demonstrate high level of diligence and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
