Due to increased demand, theyre looking to grow out their new Customer Success division with a Customer Success Applications Manager. The Customer Success Applications Manager is a business critical position that will work closely with the Customer Success Analysts and Best Practice teams, creating strategic work flows that trigger actions for the Customer Success Managers to execute. A large portion of their customers will benefits from their tech touch actions and this position will design, implement and test suitable work flows within the CRM systems. Their ideal candidate is someone who is process orientated with fantastic analytical and problem solving skills. Youll be proficient at turning operational needs into streamlined automated system capabilities.Experience with either Salesforce, Gainsight, Hubspot or Planhat is essential.
