Job Description

Application Support Engineer / 2nd Line SupportLichfield/StockportRemoteUp to 30k per annumResponsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd Line Support
  • Liaise with frontline
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Use Analytic skills (SQL) to identify issues
  • Communicate well with stakeholders
  • Work effectively within an Agile environment
  • Understanding of development processes
  • Willingness to learn
  • Written and Verbal communication skills
Experience:
  • Knowledge of supporting MS technologies
  • Microsoft SQL Server/ TSQL
  • Basic understanding of computer code & HTML
  • Azure DevOps/ Jira
  • APIs
  • Working with large datasets
