Application DeveloperMultiple Locations Up to £37,000My client a well know Corporate company are looking to recruit an Application Developer. This role will involve the ongoing support and development of the firms major 3rd party applications (Thompson Reuters 3E and 3E MatterSphere). The development work willbe performed in line with the firms information architecture and will include integration with a variety of the firms other information systems. This role represents an unique opportunity for the right individual to be part of an experienced developmentteam and gain exposure to market-leading technologies.Main Duties: - Full lifecycle design, development and ongoing maintenance and support of complex workflow based applications. This will include developing, testing and maintaining program code relating to the workflow applications.- Working closely with other members of the IT department (including development, core business systems, support and training teams) and with third party software suppliers.- In conjunction with the core business team, liaising with stakeholders to determine functional requirements for workflow applications.- Providing second line support for applications as and when required.- Attending any meetings or training sessions as required.- Carrying out any further duties as required by the IT Director/IT Development Manager or Applications Architect.Skills Required: - Proven experience of performing a similar role in a comparable environment- Ability to work both self-sufficient and as part of a team in designing and developing Windows based workflow applications- Demonstrable C# development experience- Demonstrable MS SQL Server experience- A good understanding of development best practice- Understanding of UX design and ability to deliver interfaces relevant to the task and audienceIf you have the skills & experience required and are interested in this role please apply asap!CLD Recruitment (Leeds) Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
