Position: Senior Analyst / Associate - Leveraged Finance / LBO (Private Debt)Salary: £50,000 - £60,000Location: BirminghamFuture - find are recruiting for a Senior Analyst / Junior Associate to join an ambitious lender within Leveraged Finance. Our client is building a unique portfolio and market offering for High-Growth SMEs across the UK. Debt sizes will range up to c£30mand cover sectors such as; SaaS, Technology, Renewables and more.We are looking to speak with candidates who have previous lending and direct deal experiences covering; LBO modelling, unitranche financing, or structuring leveraged deals at multiples of more than 3-4x EBITDA. We will also consider general Corporate Lendingand Debt Finance background for those who have solid credit skills / modelling skills and a natural entrepreneurial spirit. The role will be responsible to the Senior Director and will assist with execution across their origination opportunities. It will alsobe responsible for assessing credit and risk across the portfolio as well as helping to structure / model / re-model finance arrangements.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and build your own direct deal exposures with some of the most exciting businesses and sponsors within the UK.Key Criteria
