Job Description

Air Tightness and Acoustic Engineer - Midlands (Remote Working)Penguin Recruitment is proud to be representing an independent Compliance Service company in their search for an established Air & Acoustic Engineer to join the team in a remote position. My client is typically based around the London region but has seena large increase of work in the Midlands, so candidates need to be happy commuting in this location. This role has the potential to turn into a managerial position if desired.Applicants around the Luton/Oxford/Bedford region can also be considered for this position.Candidates are required to have a full UK driving licence due to the nature of the role.Requirements:

  • Knowledge of UK building regulations.
  • CSCS Card.
  • Demonstrable experience having undertaken various Air and Acoustic tests - my client will consider applicants with 6 months+ of experience.
Daily duties:
  • Undertake airtightness, sound insulation and ventilation performance tests.
  • Liaise with site management.
  • Undertake site visits.
  • Prepare reports and present findings to clients.
  • Undertake any relevant consultancy services if required.
