Aftermarket Parts AdministratorBirmingham Up to £25,500Company ProfileA specialist and leading manufacturer supplying HVAC solutions to the commercial vehicle sector on a global scale.What will you do· Deal with customer enquiries for parts· Parts stock checks, applying discounts and suggesting alternative products· Arrange dispatch of orders· Organising due dates for orders to arrive to customers on specific days / times· Work closely with purchasing to advise of urgent orders and fulfilling priority orders· Run back-order reports, advise orders are unfulfilled or what parts still to be sent out· Processing up to 100-part orders per day· First point of contact for customer service queries What do you need· Previously worked as a Sales or Customer Service Administrator· Must be able to use Excel to intermediate level· Strong organisational skillset· Be a good team player who enjoys going to work not afraid to share your suggestionsWhat’s on offer · Monday - Friday, office based· 8am - 5pm, 3pm finish on Fridays· Free parking· Business that lives by their values and has a fabulous work cultureJob number 7000
