Job Description

Are you an Administrator who is immediately available for a 6 week temporary assignmentAn Administrator is required at our clients busy construction office located in West Midlands on a full-time basis in the Procurement department. Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining excel spreadsheets for site returns
  • Keeping up to date reconciliations spreadsheets for projects for things such as;
    • Materials
    • Deliveries
    • Cart away - disposal off site
    • Fuel
  • Answering phone and taking messages
  • Assisting with PPE/Consumables stock
  • Scanning and archiving of office files
  • Assist with Purchases/hires, such as speaking with suppliers and raising purchase orders
  • Other ad hoc requests to assist others
