Job Description

Job Role: Administrator - HR Team AssistantDONT MISS OUT! This is an amazing opportunity in a large organisation with great routes for progression.Job Type: Temporary to Permanent ContractHourly Rate: £12.00 per hour PLUS HUGE BENEFITS AND HOLIDAY PAY.Office Culture: Friendly environment, collaborative, social, team orientated.Hours of work: Full Time, 37 hours per week, 9.00am - 5.30pm (hybrid and flexibility available)**DONT MISS OUT!** This is a fantastic, unique opportunity to work within a large organisation for someone wanting a DIVERSE NEW CHALLENGE.Do you have strong admin, proficient communication and great IT skills If so, this could be the perfect role for you.Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Certify all local HR files, folders and documents are maintained with accurate up to date information.
  • Support the HR Team with all aspects of Administration.
  • Manage highly sensitive and confidential documentation.
  • Assisting the Talent Team with sourcing CVs, writing adverts and screening candidates.
  • To verify and maintain HR information and records.
  • Provide periodic data reports as required.
  • Processing of Payroll for company staff.
  • Dealing with Payroll queries.
  • Produce detailed travel itineraries for employees.
  • Organise meetings - schedule appropriate meeting times, book rooms and plan refreshments.
  • Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail.
  • General ad hoc administrative duties.

  • Excellent organisational skills.

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Competent Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel.
