Temp Administrator (Central Birmingham)Reed are actively recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable global research-based consultancy who are urgently seeking to appoint an experienced Administrator based in the Central Birmingham area on a temporary basis!Our client provides a range of consultancy services and are in need of experienced administrators who have strong attention to detail, great decision making and data entry skills.Responsibilities of this role:• Use an online application platform (AIMS) to review applications forms for completeness, including uploaded documents.• Conduct checks including initial eligibility, duplication and identity cross-checks.• Undertake training on scheme purpose, eligibility, fraud risk and the processor role (3 hours) and raise any queries or issues with designated member of team, ongoing.• Pass applications for bank details checks following verification.• Complete bank detail checks.• Take the designated time to complete all of the required checks with due care and attention.• Return applications for more information via AIMS• Verify childminder registrations by:- Checking status on Ofsted website.- Logging redacted Ofsted entries for offline checks on Sharepoint file.- Passing relevant applications to childminder agencies (CMAs) for verification, in AIMS.- Checking historic registrations for specific CMAs on Sharepoint file, and logging.To be successful for this role, you will need:• Prior experience in an administration-based role.• Have strong attention to detail.• Be confident with data entry.• Able to work to a tight deadline.• Are a strong team player that is flexible and adaptable.• Have a can-do attitude.• Be a trustworthy member of the team.If you are interested or would like to find out more information, please APPLY now!
