CTD is one of more than 30+ exciting Saint-Gobain brands in the UK and specialises in sourcing and supplying a vast range of high quality tile designs to all sectors of the interior andarchitectural market. As a great Assistant Branch Manager at Ceramic Tile Distributors you will be proactive in your approach to support your customers and your team, taking time to understand others and embracing differences, promoting a diverse and inclusive branch for colleaguesand customers. It is also important that you have strong communication skills and commercial awareness, whilst being able to empower your team to provide a great service to your customers.

  • Respond promptly to account queries, Intercompany queries and supplier invoice queries throughout the group.
  • Ensure compliance with all company administration policies and procedures.
  • Complete all work correctly and efficiently, with good office housekeeping.
  • Participate in stock take duties as required.
  • Undertake other reasonable duties as directed by your line manager.
  • Comply with all Company policies & procedures (HR, Health & Safety, Business Controls etc.).
  • Undertake duties in a manner compliant with the Companys Core Values - Personalised, Trustworthy, Knowledgeable and Efficient.
  • Experience in an Administrative role.
  • Knowledge of office systems and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
