Due to a record number of commissioned tours and even more tours booked for the next school year, theyare now looking for 2 additional team members (1 x permanent + 1 x 11-month contract) to join their highly successful team.About the Acting / Workshop Facilitator jobYou will be working as part of a small team of Actors / Facilitators to deliver a range of learning programmes, with impactful awareness, across the primary, secondary and further education sectors.After full training, you will work in a team of 2 to deliver a set of plays / performances and interactive workshops that tackle real life issues such as safeguarding and sexual health to child exploitation and sexual harassment. These tours are also supportedby lesson plans and a fully experienced administration team.Educational emphasis is at the heart of all the programmes you will be delivering and have been proven increase childrens and young peoples awareness and knowledge of the issues covered. You will be making a real positive impact on behaviour change witha wide range of children and young people.Who are we Looking for

  • Acting / drama and facilitating / training skills or a desire to develop these.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks competently.
  • Curiosity, positivity and flexibility.
  • An empathy for young people.
  • Full UK driving license (essential for the permanent role, desirable for 11 month contract)
