Job Description

Overview My client, an established, multi-national property business in Birmingham City Centre have currently have an exciting opportunity for a Accounts Receivable Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.Working in a supportive team you will be responsible for the allocation management and reconciliation of all bank accounts. As the Accounts Receivable Manager, a key focus will be on managing a small team ensuring all deadlines and internal controls aremet efficiently. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business where you will be rewarded for your hard work, be involved with the companys strategic direction and have a fantastic impact on colleagues that you work with.This role would ideally suit an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager with at least 3 years prior managing experience and enjoys a fast-paced challenging workload. With the company looking to further its growth in the coming years it would also be beneficialto have prior system implementation experience as changes could be made within this area in the foreseeable future.Skills required:

  • Have prior experience of managing a moderate sized team in a fast-paced environment with strict controls
  • Be a confident and strong communicator capable of managing a team of experienced transactional clerks
  • Have a track record of improving processes within Accounts Receivable, and not afraid to shy away from taking ownership of new processes
  • Experience using various accounting packages and advanced in the use of Excel
