Professional ServicesThe CompanyOur established client is a global professional services business with offices across the world. Due to maternity leave, they are looking for someone to join them, working from home, until the end of the year.The RoleReporting to the Head of Finance and working as part of a larger finance team, responsibilities will include:* Processing payments to ledgers both for UK and overseas offices* Maintain the integrity of both sales and purchase ledgers and identify any potential anomalies* Reconciliation of ledgers at monthend and supporting the Head of Finance with the monthend close* Assist with short-term cashflow forecasting* Providing ad-hoc support to the finance department as requestedThe PersonThis is a great opportunity for someone looking for a part-time role and would suit either someone part-qualified or AAT qualified with significant experience in transactional finance. Ideally you will have worked with overseas/international accounts. Knowledge of QuickBooks would be a distinct advantage.
