Job Title: Accounts AssistantLocation: Birmingham (Full-Time) Experience Required: 1-3 years Our Client are seeking an energetic finance professional to join their dynamic and welcoming team in the role of Accounts Assistant. Working collaboratively within a team of 7, your main responsibilities will involve supporting both credit control and thepurchase ledger, ensuring seamless operations within the department.This position is ideal for someone embarking on their finance career, as we value proactive individuals who are eager to take on diverse tasks and cultivate their knowledge.Your duties will encompass managing supplier reconciliations, processing purchase ledger invoices, communicating with suppliers as needed, overseeing the purchase ledger email inbox, and handling internal credit card postings and reconciliations. Additionally,you will assist legal cashiers with day-to-day legal cashiering duties when required.In order to be successful, you will require 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, although experience in a law firms finance department is beneficial.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
