Are you looking for something a little bit different Are you a qualified Accountant looking for a challenge, based in Birmingham but with some flexibility around working from homeHave you considered training and helping others attain their qualificationsBlusource Finance are working with a significant training provider looking to grow their offering in the West Midlands from their office in central Birmingham.Who are we looking forYou dont have to have had previous experience in training or Tutoring, (although we are also keen to speak with experienced accountancy tutors looking to work in a less corporate environment, where you can have a greater impact on the running of the business).Significant training will be given to the successful candidates.You will however need to be a fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), have an appetite for learning and developing your own skills as well as strong communication skills.The training you would deliver would a mix of classroom and online training (which can be done from home if needed).Whilst the remuneration and the flexibility is very good, with great benefits (such as 30 days holiday), this isnt a position for someone looking to lower their pace of work and take a step back. Quite the opposite, the team is dynamic, looking to grow anddevelop and they are looking for you to be doing your best to help with that growth and development and you will become integral in how the whole team operates.
