Key global accounts in the UK include Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) and Nissan turning over in excess of $200m in revenueand employing over 500 people across its 5 plants in EuropeKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Account Manager, Regional Account Manager, Sales Manager, Key Account Manager - Automotive, Automotive OEM, Industrial FastenersTake ownership of one of the company accounts Managing the commercial and technical sales activities for products in line with company strategy Identifying key opportunities with customers relating to core products Nurture Customer relationships that provide insight and a landscape for competitive advantage Perform market analysis and project acquisition Attend customer review meetings when necessaryPERSON SPECIFICATION: Account Manager, Regional Account Manager, Sales Manager, Key Account Manager - Automotive, Automotive OEM, Industrial FastenersWe would be delighted to receive applications from individuals who meet the following brief: Qualified to at least HNC level in a Technical/Engineering discipline Ideally a proven track record of success of selling consumables into Automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers, although we will also consider other market sectors A track record of success as an Account Manager dealing with a high value account Extensive project management leadership skills for coordination of technical projects using a multi-disciplined team approach Excellent negotiation and influencing skills across all levels Strong communication skills including the credibility to build, promote and maintain strong relationships internally and externally Strategic thinker with a strong capability to proactively identify risks and apply problem-solving skills with an innovative and flexible approach Highly driven and motivated graduates are welcome to apply!PROSPECTS: We are looking for Account Managers who have the potential and desire to take on greater responsibilities in the future There is huge potential for career development within our division and the group globally.
