Job Description

My client is an international active nutrition/lifestyle brand, which has grown rapidly since its launch in 2010. Driven by its strong brand, distinctive products, and highly innovative approach, my client is now looking for an Account Executive - High Street to join its Sales team within the Wholesale and Convenience division. Surrounded by a like minded talented group of individuals, the raw talent of the successful candidate will be developed into becoming a highperforming sales professional. Benefits:

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Manage & support accounts within the High Street portfolio, including brands such as Superdrug, Boots & Holland & Barratt etc
  • Working alongside the existing team to ensure customer data is correct and up to date
  • Agreeing promotions and signing off invoices for your relevant accounts
  • Agreeing and negotiating for your relevant accounts, in support with your line manager
  • Communicating monthly forecasts for your customers and working with your line manager for them to incorporate into the business submissions
  • Maintaining regular contact with customers, to help drive relationships forward
  • Work effectively with internal teams to ensure efficiency for the company and its customers
  • Actively learn about and be aware of the company and its activities in order to better understand and deal with customers requirements
  • Participating in customer review meetings and presenting on customer specific activity and utilisation with line manager
Skills/Experience Required:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • An organised, systematic approach to prioritise and keep on top of daily tasks with a keen eye for detail
  • Effective analyst with strong forecasting capabilities
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to work both independently and under instruction
  • Excellent numeric, written, and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, organised and flexible
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person; via email; via telephone
  • Good influencing skills
  • Professional, smart & Organised
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM applications)
  • Contribute within the office environment when necessary
  • Ability to effectively work alongside Marketing, Accounts, and Production teams
  • Previous High Street sales experience is preferred but not essential
