Job Description

Role Profile: Account DirectorUp to 50K Base plus 20KPurpose of RoleGrow profitable revenue selling solutions to hit individual and team targets. Lead the way revenue wise and nurture key accounts, whilst always searching for new business.Main Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop a sales pipeline so to hit sales targets by sourcing, prospecting, qualifying, and converting both existing and new business through both direct and agency clients
  • Proactive proposition campaign development - respond to client briefs and opportunities with innovative digital customer activation solutions ascertaining and matching client needs with our products through bespoke solution adaptation
  • Work closely with the Head of Operations and Design/Dev to ensure we deliver profitable conceptual solutions that fit with our process flows
  • Be commercially aware as to how we can grow revenue and hit targets by delivering great proposals to clients/agencies/resellers
  • Help identify and generate comms with potential partners/clients, and develop profitable long-term customer relations
  • Create and complete powerful, great looking presentations for clients and sales using PowerPoint and Word
  • Make a minimum average of 8 sales calls per week of which a minimum 4 are new business calls.
  • Generate 50% new business revenue
  • Achieve a closing ratio of 25%
  • To prioritise Nothing but Selling Times, and ensure you are either face to face/video or sourcing leads, making telephone calls/sending e-mails to clients, working on proposals, and set an example to others.
  • Complete customer contracts and all other associated documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Constantly source leads for your database from competitors and existing categories challenging customer mindsets.
  • Ensuring that your Salesforce database is kept updated after every call and clear of any dead leads.
  • Through account planning build your business plan and understanding of the marketplace/key levers/ competitors in the market.
  • Ensuring back up filing of all relevant paperwork and e-mails and that all order confirmations are returned signed before invoices raised.
  • To develop revenue searching ideas through innovation.
  • To achieve and exceed pre-determined revenue and yield targets monthly, and to pre-sell following month revenue targets to pre-determined figures.
  • Manage advertising agency / client / industry relationships as required.
  • To attend and contribute to all internal, group and external meetings as appropriate to the role and to follow up on all required action points from these meetings.

Skills & Knowledge
  • Previous Salesforce experience
  • Creative thinking and ability to demonstrate design concepts
  • Computer Proficiency, Creativity, Innovation, Adaptability, Interpersonal Communication, Client Relationships, Writing, People Management, Leadership, Organisation, Planning, Multi-Tasking, Budgeting, Research, Analysis.
  • Confidence with strong communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships.
IT Skills: Proficient in use of Microsoft office/PowerPoint with strong excel / spreadsheet skills to produce accurate and insightful solutions.Mobility: Ability to travel to meet work commitments when required. Driving license essential.Additional requirements: Flexibility to meet deadlines particularly around critical client deadlines
