Job Description

Selling extended warranties and maintenance agreements on commercial catering and laundry equipment, alongside a range of accessories, consumables and spare parts.Package: circa £36k basic, £46k+ uncapped OTE, car or allowance, mobile, laptop, pension and 25 days holiday.Territory: NationwidePromoting: Extended warranties and maintenance agreements on commercial catering and laundry equipment, alongside a range of accessories, consumables and spare partsCustomers: Existing B2B end-users across hotel, leisure, restaurant, foodservice, education, healthcare…The Role - Account Development Manager:

  • Selling extended warranties and maintenance agreements on a range of mid to high-end commercial catering and laundry equipment
  • Whilst equally looking for opportunities to up-sell and increase revenue by promoting accessories, consumables and spare parts
  • In the main renewing contacts and winning new business from existing customers
  • Laundry and foodservice cleaning chemicals and detergents for example, are a key profitable add on that you will be promoting
  • The Successful Applicant:
  • Most importantly you will have some experience of selling service contracts and maintenance agreements into the B2B sector
  • Applicants with foodservice or laundry backgrounds would be advantageous, but is not essential
  • Although the role is selling to existing customers, this is still a business development role and my client isnt looking for an account manager
  • You will also need to be self-motivated, with excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
