Job Description

A leading logistics provider based in Birmingham are looking for an Quality Administrator to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.Key Responsibilities:Prepare Bulk Invoicing, create and execute correctly invoice processing in line with company procedures and client requirements;To Check and send all Single Invoices & Bills to the correct customers in the timeframes set by the company.To manage all invoice errors & queries, liaise with operational departments, collate and update systems with errors for reporting purposes.Adopt and practice, in a proper manner, company policies and procedures on a daily basisReports are accurate and timely;To assist colleagues, and always work as part of a teamUpdating and ensuring accuracy of SOPs and Metro reporting system within an adequate time frameResolving any queries or complaint or escalate where necessary;Accurate & timely reporting to department manager.General Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent planning and attention to detail Excellent communication and influencing skills. May be required to work overtime, weekends and/or be flexible in start/finish times
