Join our forward-thinking team as a Service Desk Analyst (Tier 2) and play a pivotal role in delivering excellent IT support. This position offers a remarkable opportunity to not only assist colleagues in achieving corporate objectives but also to grow professionallyin a supportive environment.This is a permanent position, and the role of Service Desk Analyst (Tier 2) will report in to the Service Desk Team Leader. The role offers the opportunity of Hybrid working, however, there will be times when you are required to come into the office in Birkenhead.You will be responsible to actively liaising with customers, log incidents, and service requests on our IT Service Desk system, provide them with comprehensive 1st and 2nd line support on a variety of devices including laptops, and mobile devices. As ourTier 2 Service Desk Analyst you will proficiently manage and escalate unresolved incidents to internal or external teams, ensuring all essential diagnostic details are communicated. As well as acting as the primary escalation point for Tier 1 tickets, facilitatingswift and effective resolution. You will be responsible for overseeing the administration of both the core business systems and user accounts and network settings to ensure that they are up-to-date and secure.Service Desk Analyst Benefits:There’s so many to pick from but to just name a few…
