Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Service Charge Project Manager to join their busy Income Team.This position is on a 2 year fixed term contract, and the role will be a mix of home and office working. There will be a requirement to attend meetings at Partnership Building, Birkenhead and potentially other locations as deemed necessary to fulfil the roleand complete training.The roleThe purpose of the role is taking responsibility for the implementation of the Service Charge action plan responding to key tasks outlined through an external review. The Project Manager should be knowledgeable in all aspects of service charge administrationand be responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance. The Project Manager will work closely with Income, Finance and other areas of the business.Our client is looking for someone who is positive and enthusiastic with experience in the accounting and management of service charges with detailed knowledge of accounting processes relating to service charges, and experience of working within a housing associationservice charge team.
