Job Description

Our client is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their busy team.There is no current line management responsibility however the salary is reflective of a post that would have management responsibilities in the future. The successful candidate will be expected to support the development of trainees in the team.Location: Home-based with options for hybrid working moving forwardSalary: £54,448 per annumStatus: PermanentHours: 37 Hours a weekSenior Project Manager Duties:

  • Deliver regeneration and affordable housing projects
  • Exploring and implementing options for MMC sustainability and energy efficiency.
Senior Project Manager Requirements:
  • Someone who is influential with a positive and enthusiastic personality, is a committed team player and can work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation.
  • You will have experience of working in a Housing Association development team and/or technical environment.
  • You will have a strong technical expertise about the domestic construction industry and have developed connections within the sector.
  • The ability to plan, organise and prioritise work is essential.
  • Possession of good communication skills, both verbal and written will also be required. Ideally fully proficient in all Microsoft Office packages.
  • Experience of using Proval and Sequel appraisal and project management software is desirable.
