Job Description

As a Quality Coordinator you will be providing support to the team & department to operate at optimum efficiency. This will include but will not be limited to the main responsibilities given below. You are expected to use a high degree of self-managementand initiative.This is an amazing opportunity for someone with strong experience within admin, customer service or manufacturing field, and who is looking for career development!The role: Location: BirkenheadSalary:26-28k per annum Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30pm Contract: temp - initially 6 weeks and then ongoing/going perm

Key duties will include:
  • Perform the final product release on finished goods.
  • Conduct material inspections ensuring standards are consistently met
  • Issue required documentation , work instructions, product labels, batch records, and any other necessary documentation.
  • Assist in internal audits/inspections adhering to the audit schedule.
  • Report monthly on KPIs from activities and provide detailed trend analysis of non-conformities.
  • Archive Quality and Technical records systematically.
  • Undertake any other duties as required from time to time.
Experience, Skills, and Attributes
  • Ideal candidate will have previous experience within a fast-paced admin & customer service environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to work efficiently on their own initiative
  • Knowledge of manufacturing industry would be beneficial
