  • Lead and manage 16 HWRCs sites across the contract
  • Managing cost centre budgets including overtime and expenditure
  • Induction process for new starters
  • Working with all stakeholders to monitor and improve recycling rates in line with client expectations
  • Monitor KPIs and improve performance on all aspects of the business
  • Succession planning - to ensure all operatives have a mapped career pathway
  • Ensure all regulations (PUWER, LOLER etc) are managed in line with regulatory requirements
  • Deliver ongoing projects in line with specified timeframes
What are we looking for
  • Extensive experience of people management and leading a team is essential
  • Previous experience gained in a waste environment is desirable
  • Good understanding of budgets and costs
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
