Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for twoMulti-skilled Plasterers to join our busyVoids Team!Contract Type: 6-month fixed term contract initiallyLocation: Birkenhead based depotHours: 38hrs per weekSalary: 30,938The Role:The role of Multi-skilled Plasterer reports directly to the Team Manager.The overall purpose of the role will be to: To carryout Multi -trade maintenance, refurbishment and construction activities in a core trade craft discipline and to be suitably qualified and proficient in an element of the following trades Joinery, Plumbing,Plastering, Painting and Tiling in order to complete repairs / projects to the customer or clients satisfaction.Multi-skilled Plasterers Requirements:We are looking for an individual with a good, rounded knowledge and skillset, preferably someone who has experience in all aspects of Joinery, plastering, plumbing, tiling, floor laying and decorating.

  • Time served Apprenticeship.
  • Craft City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2.
  • Advanced Craft City and Guilds or NVQ Level 3 (Desirable)
  • An Appropriate qualification and/or able to demonstrate an extensive track record in multi-skilling.
  • Appropriate CSCS Card (Desirable)
You will be someone with a positive and enthusiastic personality with a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail and positively contribute to the role and team you work in. The ability to plan, organise and prioritise work is essential and tobe able to work with colleagues of all levels, both internal and external. Good verbal and written communication skills are a must and ideally you will beproficient in all Microsoft Office packages.Training & Development:A full induction will be given to help you settle into your new role with an opportunity to meet new colleagues and find out aboutMagenta Living.
