Following a recent expansion of our business, we are now looking for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join our growing Adaptations Team with the Property Care Section!This role is initially for 6 months (with a possibility that the role will become permanent following a review). Working 38 hours per week, you will be based in our modern Birkenhead depot. The depot is easily accessible from most transport links with justa short walk from Hamilton Square train station and local bus routes. Free parking is provided to staff either on site or nearby.You will be responsible for delivering a high Standard maintenance works to our customers including the provision of Level Access Showers, and aspects of Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering and Tiling as required.To complete a wide and various selection works within the Adaptation Section, be it door widenings, hanging doors, fitting taps, grabrails, mop stick rails, showers over baths etc.Multi-Skilled Operative Requirements:You will need to be someone with a positive and enthusiastic personality with a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail and positively contribute to the role and team you work in. You must be able to work alone or in a team, the ability toplan, organise and prioritise work is essential. You must be flexible and open to change and able to work with colleagues of all levels, both internal and external. Good clear verbal and written communication skills are a must.
