Job Description

Our client is seeking Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join a busy outsourced customer service team. You will be responsible for handling all calls relation to mobile services. You will be expected to take enquiries as regards to billing on accounts,technical support with handsets, upgrades of tariffs, taking payments from customers, reinstating accounts and logging all calls in full detail on the system.Subject to a DBSJob Purpose

  • Answer calls both incoming and making outbound calls when required
  • Handle customer enquiries
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Account administration on contracts
  • Identify and rectify faults
  • Taking payments
  • Resolving billing issues
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

£10.42 per hourOpening hours are Monday - Sunday, 8am-8pmFull time roles 40 hours per week with the benefit of weekly (weekly holiday accrual)On-site training & support providedThese roles are temp to perm for the right candidates following initial 12 week period.
