Job Description

Customer Service Representative (Inbound)Our client is currently seeking candidates to work within large, outsourced contact centre based in Birkenhead. Temp to perm opportunities available (start dates from 5/1/22) working 40 hours per week (Full time/weekly pay) Full training & support provided.Opening hours are Monday - Friday, 7am-10pm | Saturday & Sunday, 8am- 8pmJob Purpose

  • Working for a well-known luxury coffee specialist taking inbound calls
  • Responsible for all general customer relations and queries
  • Promoting the clients brand
  • Directing calls to the appropriate departments both internally and externally
  • You will be speaking with a vast customer base providing information on services
  • Listening to customers needs and ensure delivery of excellent customer service
  • You will assist customers via inbound calls/live chat and emails
Previous experience, such as previous customer service roles/working in a call centre would be beneficial, however not necessary as full training is provided.In return we offerFull paid bespoke training and on the job support from floor walkers, team leaders and trainers
  • Excellent rate of pay £8.36 to £8.91 per hour
