IMMEDIATE STARTS DATES AVAILABLEFull time roles, working a 40-hour weekMonday - Sunday (working 5 day out of 7)8am - 8pm (8 hour shifts)

Working in a friendly call centre environment for a reputable high street business taking inbound calls and emails
Candidates should be ready to deliver exceptional customer service on every call / email
Handling a variety of customer requests
Assisting customers with orders, queries, complaints - full 360 support role
Candidates need to be ready to take on a great deal of information during training - training is 2 weeks in a classroom training environment and 2 weeks on the live floor with additional support from team leaders and floor walkers
