Job Description

Inbound Customer Support Advisor - IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLEOur client is seeking Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join a busy outsourced customer service team. You will be responsible for handling all calls relation to mobile and broadband services. You will be expected to take enquiries as regards to billingon accounts, technical support with handsets, upgrades of tariffs, taking payments from customers, reinstating accounts, and logging all calls in full detail on the system.Job Purpose

  • Answer calls both incoming and making outbound calls when required
  • Handle customer enquiries
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Account administration on contracts
  • Identify and rectify faults
  • Taking payments
  • Resolving billing issues
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

£9.50 per hourOpening hours are Monday - Sunday, 8am-9pmFull time roles, 40 hours per week with the benefit of weekly pay (weekly holiday accrual)On-site training & support providedThese roles are long term as will turn to Permanent for the right candidates following initial 12 week period.
