A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Health & Safety Business Partner to join Magenta Livings forward thinking, dynamic Health & Safety Team.The role is full-time, working 37 hours per week.This Hybrid working model combines home working, office-based activities in Birkenhead and site visits across Magenta Living offices and housing stock, delivering professional Health & Safety services.The roleThe successful candidate will provide general and specialist health, safety and environmental advice, support and information to stakeholders within Magenta Living. The post reports to the Head of Health & Safety. It directly supports the planning, development,implementation and continual review of a quality Health, Safety and Environmental management system in line with legislation, best practice, audit and assessment requirements.The successful applicant will lead by example and serve as a role model for positive HS&E through the active promotion of policies, procedures; imparting knowledge, information, advice and training in support of a positive and proactive safety culture.You will be someone with personal drive and a positive, enthusiastic personality with a strong focus on customer services, attention to detail and positively contribute to the role and team you work in. The ability to plan, organise and prioritise work isessential and to be able to work with colleagues at all levels, both internal and external.
