Job Description

Accountable Recruitment are supporting a rapidly growing company based in Birkenhead as they search for a Finance Assistant/AP Clerk to join their team. This role offers a wide range of duties assisting with all Transactions on the Accounts Payable side.AAT study support, a hybrid working pattern and flexible hours are available!Location - BirkenheadSalary - £25,000 + AATRole - Finance Assistant within APDuties include:

  • Purchase ledger maintenance
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Identifying and resolving queries
  • Monthly supplier reconciliations
  • Accurate upkeeping of the CRM system and tracking data using Excel
The ideal candidate:
  • Will have previous proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent IT / system skills
  • Attention to detail is key!
