An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Ecommerce Advisor occasionally working nights within the Customer Service department of a leading retail company.   • Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and social media platforms.
  • Provide advice and guidance on product selection and availability.
  • Process online orders and handle any issues relating to delivery or returns.
  • Use a variety of digital tools to enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product range to better assist customers.
  • Provide feedback to the wider team on customer needs and trends.
  • Work with the team to resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.

ProfileA successful Ecommerce Advisor (Nights) should have:
  • A strong interest in the retail industry and ecommerce.
