The Client Services Administrator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of client outcomes by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. This role involves shadowing colleagues initiallyto gain familiarity with the responsibilities, followed by taking ownership of client administration tasks and ensuring adherence to operational processes.Key Responsibilities:* Shadow colleagues during the initial months to gain insights into the role.* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and business stakeholders to understand client requirements and deliver desired outcomes.* Monitor and report on Annual Percentage Rate (APR) and Asset Allocation Model (AAM).* Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle administration process to ensure efficiency and timely client experiences.* Act as the primary liaison between investment teams, operations, and other stakeholders, keeping all parties informed for optimal client outcomes.* Ensure compliance with the RIM Operating Model for all client lifecycle processes.* Support the investment team in gathering client suitability information and producing client summaries/welcome letters.* Collaborate with teams to develop and share best practices.* Serve as a primary point of contact for client administration queries.Knowledge & Experience:* Knowledge of regulatory environment in financial services.* Understanding of provided products and services.* Experience in similar roles within financial services, managing end-to-end administration processes.* Experience in managing administrative staff (preferable).* Client-facing experience (preferable).* Proficiency in Excel.* GCSE grades A-C or equivalent in English and Maths.
