Case Co-ordinator role Warrington Supported accommodation Emergency assessmentThe client we are recruiting for is a reputable organisation that provides housing and general support to adults and young people with a variety of needs such as homelessness, mental health, drug and alcohol addiction and offending.In this role you will be working with young people around a variety of cases around the area providing support to people with a variety of complex needs. The role will require you to manage a number of different caseloads and using knowledge and experience providing the appropriate support needed for each individual. This will include a service of supported accommodation and also emergency assessment. We would ideally be looking for someone who has worked in the housing/hostel sector who has experience understanding the needs of young people and has knowledge of the benefits system.
