Job Description

Application Support Analyst Magenta Living is looking to recruit a permanent Application Support Analyst to join our IT team. This role will be on a full-time basis working 37 hours per week with the occasional out of hours (evening and weekend) work and work during holiday periods.The role is based out of our main office in Birkenhead which is easily accessible from most transport links. Free parking is provided either on site or nearby. At the time of writing, in line with Government advice, youll be working remotely from home fora large portion of the working week.Salary: £30,686 per yearApplication Support Analyst Duties:The role reports directly to the Application Support Manager and has responsibility for the development, support and continuous improvement of Company applications and software. The individual will ensure IT customers can access high quality services inaccordance with published service standards. The successful candidate will provide second line support for the day-to-day management of the core Company applications including the installation of client software, upgrades, and end-user support and advice.They will also need to liaise with third party service providers to resolve problems within agreed timescales.Application Support Analyst Requirements:We are looking for someone with an enthusiastic, team focused attitude who will positively contribute to the support of our users and the implementation of new projects and systems within the organisation. The successful candidate will also have a confidentand customer first approach, as a key responsibility is to assist users to most effectively use various application systems, products and servicesApplicants will need to have previous experience in an IT Application Support role involving the implementation, configuration, or maintenance of a large company database. You will also have experience of system requirements, analysis, and application design.A good knowledge of SQL is an essential requirement.Application Support Analyst Benefits:
