Job Description

Job DescriptionDeposit AdministratorThe main purpose of theAdministratorroleis to provide depositnegotiation,support services, andadministrationtobranches,landlords,andtenants.What you receive as an Administrator:

  • Up to£18,600(depending on experience)

Key responsibilities of an Administrator:
  • Liaisingwith landlords, tenants, branch staff, and client accounting
  • Ensuring asmooth transitionthroughout the deposit process
  • Advisingandobtaining instructionsfrom landlords and tenants at the end of the tenancy
  • AdministeringTenancy Deposit Scheme referrals
  • Drawing up aschedule of costsbased on the checkout report
  • Mediateandnegotiatebetween the parties regarding the disposal of the deposit.
  • Ensure that relevantpaymentsareinstructedpromptly and properly regarding contractors, deposits
