Job Description

Working for this established and growing organisation, the Administration Assistant will be key to the continued success of the team. The Administration Assistant will provide an efficient administration, data input and scanning support service, ensuringthat the most effective systems and processes are followed at all times and customers needs are not just consistently met but also exceeded.The Administration Assistant will be rewarded with 25 days holidays plus Bank Holidays, a contributory pension scheme, death in service, healthcare and annual pay reviews.Hours of work are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm working from home is available 2 days a week uponcompletion of the training period.SalaryUp to £20,500 plus a highly rewarding employee benefits package.To apply for the Administration Assistant role, you will have previous clerical skills, gained within aprofessional office environment. You will possess a strong working knowledge of MS Word, Exceland Outlook and have the capacity to learn new systems quickly. The Administration Assistant will have exceptional typing/data entry speeds and accuracy and be able to pass a satisfactory credit check.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Administration Assistant will provide an efficient administration, data input and scanning support service, ensuring that the most effective systems and processes are followed at all times and customers needs are not just consistently met but also exceeded.Overview of Responsibilities

  • Provide administration support for the team.
  • Accurately input data in a timely manner and maintain records.
  • Run financial reports as required.
  • Communicate with Sales Representatives regarding applications.
  • Carry out general office duties as required by the Data Control Manager.
Essential Skills
  • Excellent PC and keyboard skills
  • Touch typist/data entry with proven track record and experience
  • Ability to carry out general administration and clerical tasks to excellent standards
  • Ability to maintain files and records accurately
  • Experience in organising own workload efficiently
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Understand and execute detailed instructions
  • Good communication skills, oral and written
