We havethe ability to provide innovative treatment and recycling solutions thanks to our experienced team, combined with our advanced technologies.We are committed to the waste hierarchy with our efforts focused on Reduce, Recycle & Recover the waste we manage.Our goal is to become the leading waste management company in all markets we operate.Job description:Main purpose of job:At Tradebe we have a clear People led strategy which aims to position Tradebe as the number one employer within our industry.As a People Services Coordinator your role will focus on providing a comprehensive and customer focused service for all first line HR and administration duties. Acting as a first point of contact for all centralised queries, this would typically includeprocesses such as new starter and leaver administration, benefit administration, paternity/maternity queries, contract changes and updates to terms and conditions and absence. You will work closely with the HR Advisory and Payroll team to ensure all legislativeand statutory deadlines are met and our people are fully supported to deliver their roles.Duties/Responsibilities: Triage all incoming queries, through the People Services mailbox, resolving queries to a pre-set SLA and escalating as required in line with the roles and responsibilities of the team. Provide an efficient internal service by adhering to pre-set service standards / SLAs with full support of management and internal service requirements Prepare and disseminate contractual and company correspondence such as contract amendment letters, references, mail merges, reports and any adhoc requests. Contribute to the successful processing of payroll within the pre-set monthly schedule of activity, ensuring all systems updates are accurate and consistent with monthly deadlines Support Managers and employees with employee requests such as Flexible working, maternity/paternity/adoption procedures and sickness absence recording. Support the integrity of people data within our HR systems Support the continuous improvement of the companys HR processes and procedures.Values and Behaviours: Makes every effort to live the companys values through their day-to-day operation. Excellent time management skills with an ability to manage ones own workload to a set standard of SLA.
