A minimum of three years PQE Experience in probate workA dynamic and growing firm that are now looking to recruit a qualified Associate to join their Wills and Probate team in Bishops Stortford. With a minimum of three years PQE, the right candidate will have experience of the administration of Trusts and Estates, Tax Planning, Will and Trust Drafting and Elderly Client work. Membership of STEP and SFE is preferred.An interest in Spanish law would be an advantageYou must be professional, motivated, and enthusiastic and have excellent communication and IT skills. You will be an interactive team member as well as being involved in business development and the marketing of the team including delivering seminars and writing articles.
