Job Description

Experienced Client Services, Customer Care Coordinator required to join industry leading organisation whose reputation and status are second to none.The Role

  • As Customer Care, Client Co-ordinator your tasks are varied
  • First point of contact for queries
  • Dealing and responding to phone and email issues
  • Planning, managing and organising events
  • Conducting weekly team meetings
  • Managing internal spreadsheet reporting issues to be resolved
  • Monitoring time frames for results
  • On-site visits to meet clients and provide product information and demo
  • Raise purchase orders and extensive diary management
About you
  • You will already have worked as a Customer Care, Client Co-ordinator
  • Able to multi task and have and excellent level of communication skills
  • IT and Excel literate
  • Able to work to SLA and project completion time-frames
