Part of Emerald Group, a global learning organisation, with a presence in 130 countries worldwide.Role & Team:The Books Production Coordinator has overall management of a portfolio of books in line with Emerald’s standards of timely publication, quality, customer service, and cost control. Using first line manager skills you will train and support the offshore book Supplier Project Managers in day-to-day activities, including system support, on-time processing of books, problem solving, and effective communication to authors and book editors. Alongside this you will support the Production Manager and Head of Production in delivering a programme of strategic change across the portfolio in line with wider department and business objectivesYou will be working in partnership with external vendors and internal and external product stakeholders, providing expert advice and guidance.What You’ll Be Doing:
