Job Description

Company DescriptionGreat Bear is an award-winning 3rd Party UK business of Ambient products, providing nationwide dedicated and shared user warehousing and distribution solutions.We are now recruiting for Warehouse Operatives based at our Wolverhampton Great Bear site on a full time, permanent basisJob DescriptionShifts:

  • 4 on 4 of Days 06:00-18:00
  • 5 days from 7 (to include weekends) 10:00-18:00
  • 5 days from 7 (to include weekends) 19:30-06:00
The role holder will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
  • Assemble customer orders from the order profile.
  • Ensure the correct amount of product is picked and built, correctly and safely, onto pallets in line with warehouse procedures.
  • Stretch wrap completed order and present to marshalling area as appropriate.
  • Generate performance in line with KPIs as required.
  • Undertaking further warehouse operative duties of marshalling, cleaning, loading, goods-in, pallet checking, as requested by the site management team.
  • Must comply and be participative in a health & safety culture, complying with H&S and other warehouse related company processes, procedures and instruction
Qualifications
  • Reach Truck Licence Essential.
  • VNA Desirable.
  • Must have ability to work without direct supervision.
  • Must have a flexible approach to work/training.
  • Minimum of 1 years experience operating.
