The school has opportunities available across EYFS-Sixth Form, so regardless of your preferenceor specialism, we have the perfect opportunity for you.The roles available are full-time and long-term. For the right candidates, there is the strong possibility that the role will become permanent if this is your preference.A key part of the role will be to work effectively alongside Class Teachers and other Teaching Assistants to ensure all pupils receive the best possible levels of support that are suited to their individual learning styles and needs.The role will involve supporting pupils with a wide range of SEN and challenging behaviour. Additionally, some pupils may be none-verbal, some may require personal care and others may display resistance to engaging with their learning. As a result, youradaptability, resilience, and relationship-building skills as a practitioner will be key.The school is a brilliantly supportive, inspiring, and enjoyable environment for both students and staff.
