Jackson Hogg is working exclusively with a global pigment manufacturer based in County Durham to recruit a Product and Applications Development Manager. The Product and Applications Development Manager will be responsible for planning, leading, controlling,and delivering projects and application development products to enable growth and maintain competitiveness of their colour pigments product range.This role is primarily office based and will initially have 2 direct reports, with this likely to increase over time. The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of product and application development for colour pigment applications globally.They will also work closely with the colour pigment functions such as sales, marketing, and corporate functions. This role is primarily based at their headquarters in County Durham, but will interface with different teams across the globe.The Product and Applications Development Manager will provide leadership and support to a small team of technicians and will ensure on-time delivery of projects.Requirements:
